So, I was working this new boulder problem, and it's like, you know, this really subtle sequence on these tiny crimps. I mean, the beta feels pretty weird at first, but once you figure out the body position and get your feet high, it actually flows pretty nicely.

You've got to be careful about who you let into your space. If they aren't pushing you to be better, they're probably holding you back. I found that once I stopped listening to the noise, my focus just skyrocketed. It's about protecting your energy and staying dedicated. See you guys.
