Listen, I'm telling you something real right now, and this just hit me. When you start loving yourself, man, everything changes. I was in that dark place, wasn't eating right, wasn't living right. But now? My whole energy different. I'm glowing. That's what real growth look like.

Alright folks, got some exciting shows coming up next month at the River Club in Portland. Friday August 12th with the full band, and then Saturday August 13th we're doing an acoustic set. I've played there before, always a great crowd. Hope to see you all there.

You know what's amazing? Three weeks ago, I started this new morning routine, waking up at 4 AM, but I made a mistake yesterday because I had this important meeting in Chicago. Still, I've never felt more energized in my life.
