So I thought I'd tell you about my teeth whitening treatment, it's been about three days now and I'm loving it. You can't have hot drinks for 48 hours after, can't eat anything too colorful, and definitely no red wine. But trust me, it's worth it.

So I went to the shops today, got this really nice black t-shirt, nothing fancy you know, but it's really comfy. The guy at the counter was like, checking sizes and stuff, so yeah, picked up some socks too, pretty basic really.

So guys, I'm gonna try something new with my content, right? Been thinking about doing these weekly live streams, probably looking like a proper mess half the time, but whatever. Might do some Q&As, chat with you lot, maybe even some challenges if you're up for it.

I was just thinking about those old summer nights, you know, when the sun stayed up late and we were all just hanging about the park with a cheap radio. It's funny how a certain track can just put you right back there in that moment, isn't it? Proper good times they were.

Anyone else get to the gym and just stand there looking at all the equipment like what's even the point today mate I'm proper tired and everything feels heavy and the pre-workout ain't even hitting right just one of them days innit.

Just done another massive workout, ain't I? Been on the weights for like two hours, then did cardio. Need to film it next time for my socials. Looking proper fit though, getting them gains. You know what I mean? Might do another session later.

Right guys, so everyone's been asking about my new project, and like, I know I've been quiet about it or whatever, but basically, I'm thinking of starting this new thing. It's probably gonna sound weird, but trust me, it's actually gonna be proper good.
