You know what's amazing about being present and clear-minded is that I'm just totally here for every moment like I'm not trying to escape anything anymore I'm just showing up as my full authentic self and that's the most powerful thing ever.

So I was writing this song the other day, and like, it reminded me of when I first started playing guitar in my bedroom, and I guess that's kind of crazy how things come full circle. And now I'm performing it on stage and people actually know the words, which is just insane.

So, you'll usually find me at parties, probably in some corner talking about quantum physics or marine biology after a glass of wine. I love how the universe is this huge mystery, but we can discuss it over drinks, you know?
