So I was doing this presentation, right, and my heart's racing, like properly going, and I remembered this study about how public speaking affects your body chemistry, you know, cortisol and everything, and they found that deep breathing actually changes your whole physiological response.

Yeah, it's quite funny actually, I was practicing my putting and this kid comes up with his dad, like really nervous, and I'm there just chatting with them. It's cool though, because that's what golf's about really, just having fun and making people happy.
