They'll follow each other perfectly until the camera rolls, and then suddenly they're all philosophical about which direction to take. Every time I think I've got them figured out.

So I was working with this band in like 1988, and we were recording in this small studio, and the producer was really into synthesizers, so I thought maybe we should try something different with the vocals, and it actually worked out really well.

Well, you know, I've learned that balance is terribly important. Golly, when I think about it, spending quiet evenings at home, having a lovely dinner with family - it's actually become my favorite thing. It's funny how life changes you, isn't it?
