Okay guys, so the craziest thing happened to me last night. I was in my room watching Netflix at like 2 AM, and I swear I heard footsteps in the hallway. So I'm like frozen, right? And then my dog starts growling at the door. I was literally so scared!

So I saw this guy at the coffee shop today, like, putting hot sauce in his latte. And I'm like, what? He says it's some new TikTok trend for metabolism or whatever. Like, imagine kissing someone after that? That's literally a spicy red flag.

Working out in the morning like before breakfast is honestly so much better because your body is fresh and you have all this energy and I noticed when I exercise early like 7am my whole day feels more productive and organized like it sets the tone.
