So today we’re doing a little skincare routine slash life update slash catching up. Living in LA keeps me busy, but I always make time for self-care. Since my premed days at Howard, I’ve been super picky about ingredients, so let’s get into my current favorites.

I've been taking it easy lately, doing some yoga and stretching, it really helps with everything. Been getting more rest too, like actually going to bed early and stuff, and I'm feeling so much better now.

You know, sometimes I try to, like, go to the gym maybe twice a week, if I can. If I'm really busy with work and everything, then maybe just once, but yeah, I try to make time for it.
