Right, so I’ve been struggling with focus today. It’s like having fifty browser tabs open at once and I can't find where the music is coming from, if that makes sense. I’m just trying to find my rhythm and not beat myself up about it. Anyway, catch you later.

I mean, working with this team was kind of incredible, and the whole experience was amazing. It's like, you know, when you get into something and you're not really sure, but then it becomes this beautiful thing, and everyone is just so passionate about it.

So like, when I first started doing deadlifts, I could barely lift 95 pounds with proper form. But now, after working on it for a while, I'm getting better. It's crazy how your body adapts when you keep pushing yourself.
