I think one of my favorite spots growing up was this little café downtown, and honestly, I still go there whenever I can. The atmosphere is just so welcoming, and they make these amazing pastries, so definitely check it out if you're in the area.

So for the extra equipment like lights and mics, I think we should ask if she can provide them. Usually, these smaller spaces like the Clapt studio don't have everything. You can check with her if she can manage it within the 400 per hour rate, basically.
