Hello, I'm Lázaro Maisler. Father of three wonderful daughters, mathematics teacher and Star Wars enthusiast. With over 25 years in the social sector, I've specialised in communications and fundraising. I served as Executive Director of OXFAM Argentina and led the Resources and Communications department for Don Orione in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Mexico - where I tripled donor numbers and directed a capital campaign that raised over $6 million. My experience includes roles at Fundación Temaikén and consultancy work with numerous Latin American organisations. Currently, I serve as Secretary of Pasión por Ayudar and sit on the Training Committee of AEDROS (Argentina's Association of Fundraising Executives), where I continue sharing my expertise to strengthen the sector.
