You know, like, when I look at recovery now versus how I used to approach it, it's totally different. Instead of pushing through everything, I'm actually listening to my body. Sometimes that means taking three rest days in a row, and that's totally okay now.

So like, for me, it's kind of like when I started doing this whole thing, I didn't really know what to expect, you know? Like, I just wanted to be myself and express who I am, and then like, people started recognizing me everywhere, which was kind of crazy.
