Yeah, so I'm into this fitness tracking thing now. Like, my watch counts steps and monitors sleep quality. Pretty cool, right? I learned that getting enough sleep actually helps with focus in school. Who knew being healthy could be so high-tech? Definitely gonna keep this up.

Well, I tried to explain it, you know? But it's like... sometimes things just don't come out right. I mean, I got the idea in my head, but getting it across... that's the tricky part.

Seriously, you really don't have to keep pretending like everything is okay all the time. I mean, I think it's actually better to just admit when you're overwhelmed. It's not like anyone is judging you for just being human, you know?
