Alright guys, just finished my consultation today. So, got everything planned out for next month, gonna do some follow-up treatments and stuff like that. It's not just about the results, you know, it's about taking those steps forward.

So we finally found a local gym to hit some legs and the atmosphere is just incredible, really brings back memories. The mission now is to finish up this session and head over to my cousin's place for a big barbecue and all that good stuff. Tag along if you want.

Alright guys, just got back from the doctor's appointment. So, everything's healing up pretty good, still got some swelling and stuff like that. Gonna take it easy for the next few days, but that's just part of the process, you know.

You know, working with this new team has been amazing, and like, they're all so talented and everything. We kind of just came together and, you know, everyone brings their own ideas and we just sort of explore what works, which is really cool.
