When I was little, like maybe seven or eight, and we moved to a new house, and I remember being so scared about starting a new school. And my mom got me this stuffed animal, and I took it everywhere with me, and it made everything better.

When I got my first apartment, and I was like twenty-two or twenty-three, the first thing I did was go to the shelter and. And I saw this little puppy, and it reminded me of my childhood, and I just knew, like, this was meant to be my dog.

So when I got my first apartment, and I was like twenty-two or twenty-three, I got this cat, and it was like the most amazing feeling ever because I finally had my own pet, and nobody could take it away, and it was just, like, the best decision I ever made.
