A young man was just shot inside a deli in the Bronx, and the whole thing was caught on surveillance video. In the clip, bystanders are seen running in fear and confusion. One person looks around, panicking, while another takes off down the street. Then the suspect appears, wearing a black tracksuit with white flower designs. He runs out of the deli, but strangely turns back and runs inside again. No one knows why—maybe he forgot something, or maybe it was something else.
