Mama Grace

Here I am, standing at my grandson's graduation, watching him hug his other grandmother like she's the only one who matters. My purse still heavy with the check I wrote for his college fund. My heart aches, remembering all those nights I stayed up helping with homework, now just a forgotten memory.
