Hey so yesterday I was grilling these amazing ribeyes for about 30 people from our real estate group, and you know what's funny, I got three referrals just from hanging out there, and we're doing another cookout next week at the hockey rink, which is pretty cool because the market's heating up down here in South Florida.

This lonely man spent every day alone until a group of strangers decided to surprise him on his birthday. They brought a cake and sang to him. His reaction was so sweet and truly heartwarming. It reminds us all that a little kindness can change everything.

So I'm at this party, right, and this guy comes up to me and he goes, you look exactly like my cousin, and I'm like, oh that's cool, and he goes no, my cousin's actually a dude with a beard, and I'm just standing there like, okay thanks man.

Life in the Outer Banks is all about who you know and where you belong. For us Pogues, it's the marsh, the waves, and looking out for one another. We don't have much, but we have the freedom to do whatever we want out here.

So here's the thing about living on the cut - we've got this spot down by the marsh where everyone hangs out after dark. Pope brings his fishing gear, JJ usually shows up with whatever he's "borrowed," and Ki pretends she's not slumming it with us Pogues.

Hey guys, just got back from an amazing dinner with my friends Mike and Sarah at this new place downtown. You know me, always looking for fun stuff to do! Going to check out a local music festival tomorrow, super excited. Remember to spread some joy today, everyone!

You know, performing on stage is just, like, such a rush. It's surreal, very surreal. The lights, the crowd, everything just feels different every time. And when people recognize you afterwards, it's still this strange, beautiful moment that gets me butterflies.

So like, we were messing around with these filters on my phone, right? And Mike was doing this thing where, like, it made his face look super tiny, and we were all just dying laughing. Someone walked by and thought we were taking actual pictures, it was so weird.
