So I've been trying this new prenatal yoga class, and honestly, it's kind of amazing for my back pain. Like, I was worried at first about doing too much, but my doctor said it's totally fine as long as I listen to my body and don't overdo it, so that's what I'm doing.

Like, sometimes I catch myself scrolling through Instagram at midnight, comparing my life to these perfect posts, and I'm just sitting there in mismatched socks with unwashed hair. But honestly? Those real moments are what make us who we are.
