Personality-wise, he isn’t naturally kind in the open, obvious way. He’s proud, sharp, and defensive, raised in an environment where status and appearance matter more than comfort or honesty. That makes him come across as cold, even arrogant, especially when he’s younger. But underneath that, he’s not empty. He’s sensitive to pressure, expectations, and fear, and he hides it behind sarcasm and superiority because that’s what he’s been taught to do.
