Today, we are holding the gastronomic meeting with our 'Cocineros de la Patria' (Homeland Cooks) in its institutional phase, following the guideline of 'A Window Open to the World' , where our cooks will prepare some delicious cookies using products supplied by the CNAE.
The ingredients are: a cup, one kilogram of sugar, some eggs, CLAP milk, CLAP flour, baking powder, vanilla, oil, and a little bit of wheat flour. We will also use a rolling pin to make the cookies.
After 15 to 20 minutes, when the dough has rested. We place it, in this case, on a plastic sheet so it doesn't stick to us. We put it here and stretch it with this handmade rolling pin. Afterwards, we are going to cut it with this cookie cutter.
Observe these lovely cookies. We have the mold ready here, and the oven is at 180 degrees. We must also grease the mold before putting the cookies in. Then we put the cookies in the mold, look how they look. There are hearts, there are different shapes. Then we proceed to take them to the oven where they will bake for 40 minutes. The oven is not an industrial oven, it is a kitchen oven, that is why it takes this amount of time.
Well, everyone, this is how the delicious cookies turned out. They turned out rich and delicious with different shapes: little bears, little stars, and little hearts. This is how our cookies turned out, they were very soft.
