tony
por TonyWhat's up everyone! If you're new here, there's not much you need to know about me except this: I'm super lazy, unorganized, undisciplined... but I still get things done.
Oh, and I run a business now.
**[Direct to camera, serious tone]**
One year ago, I locked myself in a room and made a promise...
Give me 365 days, and I'll figure it out.
I had no plan. No mentor. No roadmap.
Just blind belief that somehow, I'd escape the miserable life that was waiting for me.
**[Pause, slight smile]**
Spoiler alert: I did.
## INTRO (15-45 seconds)
See, I view life like a video game. In the beginning, you start with nothing - no XP, no armor, no weapons. But if you move, if you fight, you figure things out.
Simple as that.
Today I'm taking you through exactly what happened in my first year of entrepreneurship…
## THE BREAKING POINT (45 seconds - 2 minutes)
**[More serious, reflective tone]**
One year ago, I looked around and realized my life was becoming way too predictable.
Graduate. Job. Experience. Promotion.
Everything was set in stone.
And deep inside? I hated it.
Even the idea of going through all that made me sick. It felt like I was living someone else's story, not mine.
Here's the thing about comfort - it starts to feel like a trap. And for me, that realization hit hard one year ago.
So I did something that probably sounds crazy to most people...
**[Lean in, more intense]**
I locked myself away and said: "Give me one year. I'll figure it out."
I didn't know how. I just had this blind belief that somehow, some way, I'd make it work.
And you know what? I did.
## CHAPTER 1: THE FIGURING OUT PHASE (2-4 minutes)
**[Honest, vulnerable tone]**
I didn't know where to start. There were no mentors, no roadmap for someone like me.
So I did the most obvious thing - I went to YouTube and started consuming content about making money online.
And man, did I consume. I was in what I now call "mental masturbation mode" - watching endless content but never actually doing anything about it.
Sound familiar?
**[More energetic]**
But then I knew it was time to act. I tried one business model... failed miserably.
I wanted to make money as soon as possible, so I jumped to a different model - this time, a service-based business.
Got my first client after one week.
Nothing too complex, but I stuck with it for quite a while and never had to look back.
## CHAPTER 2: THE LESSONS (4-6 minutes)
**[Confident, teaching tone]**
In the beginning, everything was completely new to me. Business terms that people throw around casually - client acquisition, fulfillment, appointment setting, outreach - felt way more complicated than they needed to be.
But looking back, I learned more in that one year than I did in most of my previous years combined.
Now I know:
- How to sell a service
- How to fulfill on that service
- How to manage people and put the right people in the right places
- How to speak better (because you need communication skills if you want to get better at sales)
And sales? Sales is simple. It's just your ability to convince people they need help.
**[Pause, direct eye contact]**
More importantly, I could feel myself slowly becoming the person I always wanted to be.
But here's what I learned that changed everything:
You don't need a big, revolutionary idea.
You need a simple service that brings value. Something people are willing to pay for.
Don't complicate it. Just pick something and go.
## THE REALITY CHECK (6-7 minutes)
**[Raw, honest]**
Let me be real with you for a second.
I've never been motivated. Not once.
I forced myself to keep going. even when you feeel like not doing it …That's what saved me.
Some days, I'm operating at 70%. Some days, 40%.
But that's when you need to give that extra 10% to push through.
## THE CALL TO ACTION (7-8 minutes)
**[Inspiring but grounded]**
Look, we can all figure this out. Just give it 365 days. What are we gonna lose?
You can do anything and everything you want over the course of the next 365 days.
forget about everythong thses so called people taught you of waking up early… journlling .. reading books …do things that really matter …things that really move the needle … that is doing more free work in the beginning …make it a portfolio …start charging for it …do more outreach…take on 5 clients … and no more than that …raise the price …delegate you work … hire good talent ,,, now do more outreach…. simple as that ..
There's no such thing as perfect timing. Don't wait for it. Just create.
Nobody's gonna come and spoon-feed you success. Make your own way.
The three things holding most people back? Lack of information, lack of implementation, and lack of community.
You're not just competing against individuals - you're competing against teams.

## OUTRO (8-8:30 minutes)
Remember - you don't need permission to change your life.
You just need to start.
