So I've been thinking about dating apps, right? Like, everyone's just swiping and matching, but let's be honest, half these people probably dated their neighbors in high school, you know what I mean? Who are we kidding here?

I think it's really important that we start having these conversations about wellness in our schools and communities. There are so many resources available, and I believe that by opening up this dialogue, we can help families understand they're not alone in this journey.

You know, when I started in this industry, there were these, like, unspoken rules about who could play what roles. And I remember going to these auditions where, you know, they'd say they want diversity, but their actions didn't really match their words.
