You know what happened to me today? I was driving to the store, and my mind started going to these places. Like, what if the brakes failed? And I started thinking about all these scenarios, and my heart was racing, and I had to remind myself it's just my anxiety talking.

So my cat has this really cute habit now. She always sits by the window in the morning, watching the birds, and makes these funny little chirping sounds. It's adorable, but I have to make sure the window screen is secure.

Wait, what was I talking about? Oh yeah, the video editing process. Like, sometimes I make something and completely forget what I did five minutes later. You know what I mean? It's just, it's really hard to keep track of everything I create.

So today my boyfriend surprised me again and I was like so excited because he got me this really cute package and I didn't know what it was and when I opened it I literally couldn't believe it like it's the prettiest thing ever.

Honestly, I’m really doing fine, you know? I make sure to eat plenty of good food and I’ve been feeling so much better lately. I just like taking care of myself in my own way, so you really don’t have to worry about me.

So yeah, I guess I'm making another one of these things, and honestly I don't really know what to talk about this time either, but that's pretty normal for me I guess, so yeah, just wanted to check in again.

Okay, so basically, I wanted to talk about, like, this new habit I'm trying to form with meditation and stuff. Yeah, I'm not really good at it yet, but I'm learning and, like, trying to make it a daily thing. It's kind of interesting how, yeah, it helps with focus.
