I went to this meditation class because my friend Sarah said it would help with my anxiety and I sat there for an hour and nothing happened but then three days later I was making tea and suddenly burst into tears and I just knew everything was going to change.

The cymbal setup I'm running is pretty unique - 19-inch K Custom hybrid crash on the left, 21-inch A Custom ride in the middle. Really gives that perfect blend of attack and wash. The whole setup matches our industrial stage design perfectly, especially under the lights.
