Well—there’s only one way to find out. Let’s take a look at the route for this year’s epic challenge!
We fire things up at The Didsbury, the traditional launchpad where hopes are high and pints are cold.
From there it’s on to Ye Olde Cock Inn, steeped in history and, more importantly, opportunity.
Then it’s across to The Famous Crown, where the first signs of bravery—or wobble—begin to show.
Next up, the ever-reliable Royal Oak, a favourite for settling early nerves.
Then it’s down to the greenery at Fletcher Moss, a place where nature smiles but your legs might not.
Onward to The Nelson, where the halfway point begins to whisper, ‘can you keep going?’
No time to doubt—because The Dog and Partridge is waiting, a proper test of stamina.
Then comes The Salmon of Knowledge, always ready to impart questionable wisdom as the night wears on.
From there, a quick stride to The Station, where the mission starts feeling very real.
Now into the final stretch: Kennedys—energising, intimidating, usually loud.
Then the stylish stop at The Metropolitan, where only the brave maintain composure.
And finally… the last stand… the ultimate destination… The Railway.
Cross that threshold, and you’ve conquered the Didsbury Dozen.
So buckle up, steady yourselves, and let’s see who can make it from first pint to last without losing their way—or their dignity.
