I've been cooking really real fuckin chicken for years, and like, the secret is really in the preparation. Some people don't know it like you and I do. This fuckin beautiful piece of meat is all real. Never fucking frozen. People always ask me, you know, what makes it so good - it's the time, the seasoning, and most of all, it's that we as a team are actually fucking cooking it for real. I know it may seem small, but everything we do, - it's real. (Break) I've worked in restaurants since I was a teenager, and back then before I became the trainer for grill cooks here, I saw one restaurant's delivery get left out back, (sighs))one of the prep cooks forgot to take the last box in, (starts laughing) and man, Errol, (laughs harder) it sat out there in the sun and shade, FOR MONTHS on end... (break) and not one of the ingredients was damaged - molded - or even - touched. (break) (laughs) I'm serious, (laughs harder) ERROL! - THE ANIMALS WOULDN'T EVEN TOUCH IT! (break) I am just SO HAPPY to be working in a place - where not only is the food delicious - but I GET to FUCKING CONTRIBUTE to making people's day better. (sighs) I promise you - if you go to a fast food joint, you won't end up feeling nourished. - (curious) You'll probably wake up with an artificial hangover!!
