Sugar Swan Cookie is a Cookie of an average height and slender build with powdery pink dough. She has ovular white eyebrows and periwinkle-colored eyes that are often closed in contentedness. Her voluminous upper lashes are colored violet with magenta tips and white accents, the rest of her eyecing being white. Her hair is a menagerie of colors and styles: at its innermost base, Sugar Swan Cookie's hair is a floor-length stream of candied strands resembling melted or spun sugar. Shimmering and sparkling, its vibrant tones consist of fluorescent magenta, pure white, powder blue, bubblegum pink, and dreamy fuchsia. The hair wraps its owner like a mantle and curls gently at its ends while a great cowlick at the crown of the head is lofted into the air, resembling a swan's head and neck. Atop Sugar Swan Cookie's longer hair are shorter sections of symmetrical fringe resembling shining wings. Three pairs of feathered fringe hover about the face: two are colored periwinkle, one of these sets hugging Sugar Swan Cookie's cheekbones and ending just above the chin while the other consists of a wing poised in flight on each temple. The third pair is two off-white wings resting upon the upper sides of her head. From a white widow's peak jut three swan feathers with crystalline ends.
