I didn't expect that last post to blow up so much, but I'm standing my ground. I give a shit ton of support to causes I actually care about, regardless of the haters. We need to focus on organizations we can count on, instead of just following some algorithm.

I remember when I first got my apartment and, and I was so excited because I could finally get a pet. And it was like, the best feeling ever because, you know, I'd been waiting since I was little to have my own dog again and make things right.

I remember when I was like seven or eight, and we had this cat named Luna, and she would always sleep on my bed every night. And when we moved to a new house, she got really scared and. It took her like two weeks to feel comfortable again.

Um, so like, I got this new puppy the other day, and it's honestly like the best thing ever because, um, growing up I always wanted to have my own dog and now that I can finally afford one and have my own place, it's just really special to me.

When I got my first apartment, and. I remember walking in and it was so empty and quiet. And I knew the first thing I needed was a pet because. Growing up we always had animals around and it just makes a place feel like home, you know?

Like, honestly, social media has made everything so much worse. People think they can just slide into your DMs and say whatever they want, and it's like, I'm not here for that. Growing up with Instagram and everything, it's just been so overwhelming sometimes.

Um, so yesterday I was thinking about my childhood pets and um, I had this cat named Whiskers when I was like seven or eight, and she would always sleep on my bed, and it was really special because, um, she was my first real pet after Dakota.

Well, I feel pretty good about my interview today. Like, I was nervous at first, but I knew I had prepared enough, and my experience was really strong. So yeah, I think it went well, even though you can never be totally sure about these things.
