My name is José Usain Olarte Barros, and I was born on July 30, 2009, in Cuautepec, Veracruz, a simple town but full of history and tradition. Since I was very young, my life has been marked by important moments that have left a lasting impact on me and helped shape the person I am today.
My early years were fairly quiet. Like most children, I went to kindergarten, where I began my first steps into learning. However, unlike many kids, I wasn’t very social. I found it hard to connect with others, which made my first school experiences a bit difficult. My parents even took me to a psychologist because I showed signs of being very reserved and not very expressive with others. Today, I understand that I’m just more introverted, and over time I’ve learned how to interact with people in my own way.
One of the most significant events from my childhood was my parents’ separation. It wasn’t easy to watch them go their separate ways, even though I was too young to fully understand what was happening. After that, my mom, my older brother, and I had to move to a new home. It was a big change in my life because I was no longer in the environment I was used to. Still, it taught me to adapt, to become stronger, and to value my close family even more. My mother has always been a very important figure in my life—supportive, caring, and always doing her best for us. Alongside my brother, we’ve learned to move forward as a team, taking care of and supporting each other.
Now, I live in La Palmilla, a place I consider my home. This is where I’m going through my teenage years, a stage full of changes, discoveries, and challenges. I’m currently attending high school, which brings new responsibilities and goals. Even though it’s not always easy, I try to give my best, learn as much as I can, and stay focused on my dreams.
In my daily life, there are things I really enjoy doing. One of my favorite hobbies is playing video games. I love them because they’re fun, but also because they help me think, react quickly, make decisions, and compete. One of my biggest dreams is to become a professional gamer, to be recognized for my skills and stand out in the world of gaming that I’m so passionate about. Video games are more than just entertainment for me—they’re part of who I am and what I aspire to.
I also enjoy listening to music. Music is with me during different moments: when I want to relax, when I’m feeling down, when I’m happy, or when I just want to disconnect from the world. I don’t have a specific favorite artist, but some songs express my feelings better than I ever could with words.
As for my dreams, one of my biggest goals is to find something I truly enjoy doing and build a peaceful life around it. I’m not looking for luxury—just stability, peace, and happiness. I want to wake up every day knowing that I’m doing something that fulfills me and makes me proud.
So far, I don’t have a specific quote or symbol that represents me, but I think that’s okay. I’m still discovering who I am, what motivates me, and what kind of life I want to build. Every day is a chance to learn something new about myself and the world around me.
This autobiography is only a part of my story—a summary of everything I’ve lived so far. I know I still have a long way to go, many decisions to make, people to meet, and dreams to chase. But I’m ready to keep writing my life story, step by step, with effort, dedication, and always staying true to who I am.
