Paul Dosh에 의해 My experience in Sales Back Office Operations began when I was working as a farm manager at Ambeke Farms. At the time, I didn’t fully understand the formal structure of sales back-office roles. I was handling tasks like customer communication, taking and recording orders, and managing inventory — but I didn’t realize I was already performing core sales support functions.
I didn’t have access to advanced tools then, so I mainly relied on Excel sheets to record customer data, track stock, and keep a basic record of orders and follow-ups. It was a very manual process, and I had to learn everything on the go without formal training. That experience taught me the importance of being organized, responsive, and detail-oriented — even without high-tech systems.
Later, I transitioned into freelancing in digital marketing and graphic design, which I’ve now been doing for over three years. That journey gave me exposure to more structured ways of working, stronger communication practices, and a better understanding of how marketing and sales support connect. I became more skilled in organizing client data, managing inquiries, and supporting campaigns that drive conversions.
While my formal experience with sales back-office tools was limited in the beginning, I’ve built practical experience through hands-on work. I now have a solid grasp of using Excel for tracking, organizing operations, and supporting sales teams behind the scenes. My strength lies in learning quickly, adapting to new systems, and bringing both structure and creativity to any sales support function."
