So like yesterday I went rock climbing with my friend. Pretty intense when you're up there, looking down. The worst part is like starting to climb, but once you're moving it's pretty cool. My hands were shaking but I made it all the way up.

I think growth comes from experiencing different things, you know, stepping outside what's comfortable. I mean, it's challenging sometimes, but connecting with new people and learning from every situation, that's what shapes us and helps us understand ourselves better.

Sometimes, you can do anything because anything is just doing it. If you want to do anything, you just go and do anything. Because when you do anything, then you have done anything, and that is how anything works.

I think finding balance in life, I mean it's something that comes with time and experience. Learning to take care of yourself while connecting with others, it's like this journey where every day teaches you something new about who you are.

Tough day out there, really gave it everything I had in every corner. Just couldn't find that extra bit of speed when it mattered most today. Going to keep my head down, work with the crew, and come back much stronger for the next race.
