You know, I was doing this scene in a movie, and like, it's funny because we had to film at this really cool music festival, and I'm there with, you know, all these amazing artists, and people were just kind of looking at me like, "Wait, what's Owen Wilson doing here?"

You know, it's sort of funny because growing up, my brothers and I would always put on these little shows at home. We'd basically turn our living room into this massive stage, and my dad would give us these acting tips, which is kind of crazy looking back now.

So I was watching my brother at his graduation, you know, and he's usually this tough guy, never shows emotion. But when he got his diploma, you could see his hands shaking a little bit, and like, it really got to me, you know.

I remember playing this small venue in Austin and Josh Abbott was there, and he came up to me after the show and we talked about songwriting and stuff. And so that really helped me understand more about the Texas music scene and how it all works.
