by TomyEverybody wants to be successfu.
Everybody wants to live their dream.
But the real question is — how bad do you want it?
Do you just wish for it…
or are you willing to grind for it?
Because when you truly want something — deep down in your gut —
you stop making excuses.
You stop saying “maybe later,” “next time,” or “someday.”
You say NOW.
Success doesn’t come to the lazy.
It doesn’t show up for the comfortable.
It belongs to the ones who refuse to quit.
(beat picks up)
There’s this story about a young guy who wanted success more than anything.
He went to see a wise old man and said, “Sir, I want to be successful like you.”
The old man said, “Alright, meet me at the beach — 4 a.m.”
The kid was confused, but he showed up.
The old man walked him into the water — knee deep… waist deep… until it reached his neck.
And then suddenly — the old man pushed his head under!
He held him down while he struggled, kicking, fighting, desperate for air.
Finally, he let him up.
The boy gasped, “Man, are you crazy? I almost died!”
And the old man said,
“When you want success as bad as you wanted to breathe — then you’ll be successful.”
(pause – soft beat)
That’s the truth.
Most people say they want it — but they don’t want it bad enough.
They want it when it’s fun.
They want it when it’s easy.
But when pain hits… when things get hard… they give up.
Let me tell you something —
Pain is temporary.
It may last for a minute, an hour, a day, or even a year —
but eventually, it will go away.
And when it does, something else will take its place — success.
But if you quit? That pain becomes permanent.
So don’t stop when you’re tired —
Stop when you’re done.
(beat intensifies)
Most people never make it because the moment they feel tired, they quit.
They say, “I’m not feeling it today.”
Guess what — you’re never gonna “feel” like it every day.
Champions don’t wait for motivation — they move despite it.
When your body says “no,” your mind’s gotta scream YES.
Push past the comfort.
Because on the other side of tired — is growth.
On the other side of pain — is power.
(soft piano builds)
If you’ve got a dream — protect it.
If you’ve got a vision — feed it.
Don’t tell small minds your big dreams — they won’t get it.
Grind in silence.
Work in the dark.
Let your success make the noise.
Every morning, you’ve got two choices:
Stay asleep with your dreams,
or wake up and chase them.
There’s no secret.
There’s no shortcut.
You’ve gotta put in the hours, the sweat, the sacrifice —
and keep believing when nobody else does.
When you’re broke — keep working.
When you’re exhausted — keep pushing.
When it hurts — keep fighting.
Because your future self is watching right now, whispering, “Don’t stop.”
(beat slows)
You’ve already survived everything that was meant to break you.
You’re still here — still standing.
That means you’re stronger than you think.
So don’t waste that strength.
Don’t waste that fire.
You owe it to yourself —
to your family —
to your purpose —
to go all in.
(music rises – emotional lift)
Next time you feel like quitting, remember why you started.
That moment you said, “I want more out of life.”
That wasn’t random — that was your soul talking.
And your soul doesn’t lie.
Success isn’t for the chosen few —
it’s for the few who choose.
Choose to grind.
Choose to sacrifice.
Choose to believe when everyone else doubts you.
And when you want it as bad as you want to breathe —
you’ll stop counting hours,
and start making every second count.
Because that’s the moment everything changes.
That’s the moment you change.
(final beat drop – powerful close)
So get up — and make your life count.
Don’t just exist — live with fire.
Work. Sweat. Rise.
And when it’s all said and done…
let the world remember your name —
not because you were lucky,
but because you refused to quit.
