**The Day I Fixed My Friend’s Computer**
Last Saturday, my friend Jay called me in a panic. His laptop would not start, and he had photos he needed for a family event the next day. Jay asked if I could come and take a look.
When I arrived, I saw that the laptop was completely dead. First, I checked if the charger was working and plugged in properly. Everything seemed fine, but the laptop still didn’t turn on. I felt worried because I knew how important those photos were to Jay.
Next, I opened the laptop carefully and looked inside. I noticed some dust had gathered around the fan and the memory card was not sitting properly in its slot. I cleaned the dust gently and pushed the memory card back firmly into place. Then, I tried to turn on the laptop again.
To my relief, the laptop powered on, and Jay was very happy. He thanked me many times and quickly backed up his photos to a USB drive. This experience made me feel proud and taught me that staying calm and checking every detail can help solve problems.
Fixing Jay’s computer was a small challenge, but it reminded me of the importance of patience and friendship. I hope one day you can also help a friend in need like I did.
Yesterday my friend Sara called me about her phone witch wasn't working. When I checked, the screen was black but the phone was hot. I opened the back cover and saw the battery was very lose. After fixing it, everything worked find.
