Hey guys, so I'm here in Paris right now, you know, just finished an amazing show last night. The fans were incredible and everything. Today I'm just kind of walking around, checking out the city and, you know, taking some time to relax before tomorrow's show.

So I'm trying to get better at this whole morning routine thing, and I actually managed to do some meditation today, which is really nice, and I'm meeting up with some friends for coffee later so that's going to be really, really good for my mental health.

So today I'm trying to get better at this whole meal prep thing, and I actually made some really, really good lunch containers, which is exciting, and I'm meeting up with Sarah later to maybe do some yoga, which I've been wanting to try for like forever.
