So when we're writing new stuff, I like to start with just me and an acoustic guitar, you know? And then we bring in the band later, and it kind of builds naturally from there. That's how we get that authentic feel I'm always looking for.

You know, when I'm writing songs, it's really just about being honest with the music. I'll grab my guitar, maybe record something rough on my phone, and just let it flow naturally. That's kind of how the best songs come together, nothing fancy about it.
