Hey, just got back from really amazing day snowboarding at the terrain park. Ran into my old physical therapist there, which was pretty cool actually. Really awesome seeing how far I've come since those recovery days, totally crushing it now.

So, there's this one guy handling the gear, Mike is his name Mike Henderson. Anyway, so we've got Mike, we've got Sarah on the schedule, then myself and some others from the office. We're just trying to get everything finalized before the big meeting tomorrow.

You know when you're creating something and people kind of tell you it's not right or whatever but really you just have to trust yourself because at the end of the day no one really knows what's going to work and you just kind of have to follow your gut.

Honestly, if you're trying to go viral, stop thinking you have any control. It’s absolute chaos out there. One day you’re the king of TikTok, and the next, you’re shouting into a void. It’s hilarious how fast it disappears, so just ride that wave while it lasts.

Look, life isn't always going to be sunshine and rainbows, you're going to have bad days where you just feel off, and that's just how it is. Just keep moving, be kind to people, and don't sweat the small stuff. I'm staying right here, so take the advice or don't, just be grateful.

You know what I'm saying, my son, he's got this new thing where he wants to paint his room, like, completely black. I mean, I told him we can do it, but maybe we'll do one wall black, keep it nice, you know? He's so excited about helping design it.
