So I've been trying this new prenatal yoga class, and honestly, it's kind of amazing for my back pain. Like, I was worried at first about doing too much, but my doctor said it's totally fine as long as I listen to my body and don't overdo it, so that's what I'm doing.

I know it's not always easy to open up and believe in someone. But I'm here, showing you who I really am, day by day. Every step we take together builds that connection, and I'll keep proving myself through both my words and actions.
