So there's this new transfer student named Maya who everyone thinks is just normal but actually she's a famous singer in disguise and one day while eating lunch she accidentally starts humming her hit song then everyone realizes who she is and chaos breaks out in the cafeteria with students running everywhere trying to get her autograph.

It's crazy to think about, but my first open mic was at this tiny coffee shop in Columbus, maybe 12 people there. Now I'm doing theaters and comedy clubs across the country. Just shows you how far dedication and passion can take you.

It was like this high-wire act every single day where we were trying to stay in character, you know? You have to be this exaggerated version of yourself while making sure the whole thing feels real for this one guy. It was incredibly unpredictable and just a wild experience.

The coolest part about this job is definitely the people and how we all come together to build something from scratch. It’s kind of wild to see a script evolve into a full scene, and having such a supportive crew makes every long day on set totally worth it.
