My Past Weekend
Saturday was a calm but fun day. I woke up a little late because I had been watching a series on Friday night. After having breakfast with my family, we went to pick up my grandmother to take her to the supermarket to buy her groceries. Then, we arrived at my grandparents' house and went with my grandpa to buy ice cream. For the rest of my family, we bought ice creams and popsicles.
Later, we stopped by a coffee shop to get something warm to drink because it started to get cold. I love vanilla coffee, so I ordered one while we talked about the week.
Sunday was more relaxed. I stayed home because I wanted to rest a little. In the morning, I finished some pending schoolwork and then watched a movie. Although, honestly, I fell asleep halfway through (the usual!). In the afternoon, I helped my sister cook in the kitchen. We made pasta with salad, and it turned out really delicious.
After dinner, we sat on the terrace to talk and enjoy the fresh air. I always like ending the weekend with a peaceful conversation before starting a new week.
What I Usually Do on Weekends
Normally, on Saturdays, I wake up late and have breakfast with my family at the dining table. We like to take our time, enjoy our coffee, and chat about what has happened during the week.
Sometimes, I go to the gym in the afternoon or go for a walk. It helps me relax after a busy week. If I don’t exercise, I just stay home watching series, reading, or listening to music.
On Sundays, I almost always spend time with my grandparents. We go for a walk or take them out to enjoy the day while we chat. In the end, we have a meal together. We like trying new food or simply staying at their house, talking about different topics.
My Plans for This Weekend (Future with
This weekend is going to be interesting because I have several things planned.
On Saturday, I am going to visit my grandparents. I love spending time with them because they always have fascinating stories to tell. We are going to cook together at their house and prepare a special meal. Then, we are going to sit in the garden to enjoy the day and share some recent experiences.
On Sunday, I need to study because I have an important exam next week. I am going to spend the morning at the library reviewing my notes and practicing exercises. In the afternoon, I am going to meet my friends at a coffee shop to unwind a little and relax. Maybe we will watch a movie or simply hang out and have fun chatting.
It will be a balanced weekend—rest, family, studying, and time with friends. I like being able to do a little of everything so I don’t feel overwhelmed.
Well, that’s all about my weekend! What do you have planned
