Just got back from a bloody amazing lunch with the mates. The food was absolutely fantastic, very, very good indeed. Might head down to the beach later, it's only half three and the weather's perfect for a bit of a swim.

Mate, went down to Bondi with me mates yesterday arvo, right? Some drongo was hogging the best waves, so I paddled right past him and caught this bloody ripper of a wave. Showed him proper, yeah? The boys were all having a proper laugh about it.

You know, getting back into training after being out for so long, it's like, your body needs time to adjust and everything. Been working really, really hard on my technique, and honestly, seeing the progress each day just keeps me going.
