Ken2y Salacut에 의해Okay, 6 AM! No hitting the snooze today, friends. Time to drag myself out of bed and get this day started.
First things first: gotta show my spine some love. A quick Cobra stretch to wake up my core and shake off the sleep. It seriously makes such a difference in how I feel all day.
Fueling the machine! A good, hearty breakfast is essential before tackling the physical part of the morning routine. Once that’s settled, it's time to get moving.
A few quick warm-ups to get the muscles ready, and then it’s time to hit the pavement! I aim for about 5 kilometers every morning. It's the perfect way to clear my head and get those good endorphins flowing.
And we can’t forget the core work! Finish off strong with some planks, a few sets of push-ups, and wrap it all up with some much-needed sit-ups. Morning mission accomplished!
Now, here's where things get a little real-life, folks. I totally dropped the ball and forgot to record my entire middle of the day! Lunch, errands, household activities... they all happened, but they did not make it onto the vlog. Oops!
So, skipping ahead! After a busy, unrecorded afternoon, I decided I needed a break. I linked up with my amazing friend, and we made a spontaneous decision...
we’re heading to the beach. No grand plans, no major activity—just some quiet time to listen to the waves and soak in the atmosphere. There’s nothing like the ocean to give you a genuine peace of mind after a long day.
