So I just made myself some lunch, like a really nice sandwich with turkey and stuff. I have so many dishes to wash though, it's crazy. I need to clean the kitchen but I'm just sitting here drinking my tea, so whatever.

So, I love doing my meditation practice early in the morning because there's this amazing energy when the sun rises, and it really helps me connect with my spiritual guides and get centered for my client sessions throughout the day.
