Just tried this new meditation app someone recommended. Man, my brain was all over the place but I stuck with it. Gotta keep working on that mental health game. These small steps really add up, even when it feels weird at first.

So like today I went to the gym and honestly it was pretty rough because I'm still sore from practice yesterday but my trainer was super nice about it and let me take it easy while my bestie was crushing it next to me doing these crazy workouts.
