I wanted to make eggs with sausage, so I went to the kitchen and grabbed what I needed. I took the sausage out of the fridge and cut it into small pieces. I put it in the pan so it could start browning. While it cooked, I thought about how this dish is simple but always useful when you’re hungry or in a hurry. When the sausage looked ready, I cracked an egg on top. The pan made that quick sizzle sound. It smelled like a meal that would taste good, even if it was nothing fancy.

You know what's funny about life? I was going through some old journals yesterday, found these dreams I wrote down years ago. Man, looking at it now, it's wild how things work out. Sometimes you're achieving stuff without even realizing it, just moving forward.

So we're back in Nashville now, actually recording in this pretty amazing studio downtown, and it's crazy because back in 2010 we were just trying to get our foot in the door here, sleeping on couches, and now we're working with some really incredible producers.

Alright guys, here's what happened today. Got a call about a customer's car making this weird clicking noise, you know, and they swore it was the transmission. Well, I get there, and turns out it's just a loose heat shield. Quick fix, saved them hundreds of dollars.
