You know, growing up in Georgia, man, country music was just everywhere. I mean, the local bars, the county fairs, that's where I really learned what music was all about. Those small-town shows, they really shaped who I am as an artist.

You know, I've noticed I'm kind of like the ocean - sometimes I'm super calm and peaceful, just going with the flow, and other times I've got this intense energy that just needs to come out. It's funny how nature reflects our personalities like that.
