In a quiet corner of Nilphamari, Mohiton Begum’s life changed in the blink of an eye. A simple fall from a chair broke her hip — and from that day, she could no longer stand or walk. With no money and no safe toilet, the family did their best. They had to borrow a chair from neighbors, and dig small pits to manage her daily needs. You know, when I look at my daughter playing with her friends, all different colors and backgrounds, I just... I get emotional thinking how far we've come, but also how far we still need to go. Because, you know, every child deserves to feel safe, to feel valued.

Right now, across our cities and neighborhoods, countless women are facing violence in silence. They're hiding their bruises, making excuses, living in fear. We cannot close our eyes to their pain. Their voices deserve to be heard, their stories need to be told.

The quality of our relationships ultimately determines the quality of our lives. When we pause to listen to our inner voice, we discover the clarity needed to navigate life's challenges with a steady heart, finding the delicate balance between our need for security and our longing for adventure.
