And I went to this amazing audition, and man, it was like, such a different experience, and I was really nervous at first but then, you know, I just went for it and it ended up being really cool and I learned so much.

Honestly, I want to talk about this because your brain and your body need to be in unison. They need to be best friends. When you're just putting on a character for the world, you're losing that connection. Now why do we do that? Because it's hard to be real.

You see, we spend so much energy maintaining this character for everyone else, creating this huge disconnect. Why, why do we do that? Your mind is tired of the front. You’ve got to let the brain and body be honest with each other to find real peace.

Yeah, honesty is the only way through. I struggle with it, I really struggle with it, trying to be who everyone expects. But when your brain and body aren't friends, that's where the disconnect happens. You can't keep playing a character and expect to feel whole. It's about being real.

It’s hard, you know, going from a world where every muscle in your body is working toward a goal to just... standing there. I miss the grit of the field. After my injury, I had to redefine who I was while bouncing from city to city, just looking for purpose.

Honestly, every time I walk onto a new set, it’s like that first audition all over again. You’re just trying to figure out where to stand and not mess up, and man, it’s a lot. I’m still just learning as I go and trying to have a good time.
