I think we're all just trying to figure it out, especially when life feels like a bit of a meltdown. I've learned that you actually have to sit with the sadness to move forward. It’s hard, but it’s real, and that’s what truly matters in the end.

I’ve realized that you’ve properly got to sit with your feelings, even the messy ones, to actually grow. It’s like, once you become a mum, you haven't got the energy for the nonsense anymore. You just want to be real with yourself, even if it's a bit scary.

You know, writing this album was, obviously, quite different this time around. There were moments where, honestly, I didn't think I could finish it. But, like, the whole process just sort of happened naturally, and that's what made it special, you know?

You know what's mad? I'm actually learning to be okay with being by myself now. Like, properly okay. It's weird because for years I was terrified of being alone, but now I'm sort of finding peace in it, if that makes any sense.
